On the N1 motorway, Kuami Eugene was involved in a close call with death.Highlife artist Kuami Eugene, a multiple award winner, was involved in a near-fatal car collision on Sunday, March 17 near the DSTV office on the N1 Highway, between the Dzowulu traffic light and the Achimota Overhead.
The collision happened at 11:30 p.m., according to Emmanuel Ajarfor Abugri, Editor of the Modern Ghana news portal, who was directly behind the musician’s vehicle.
He clarified that when the musician collided with the tipper truck from behind, it was moving, although slowly.

He thinks the collision happened because there was insufficient lighting on the N1 highway, making it gloomy, and the tipper truck’s absence of a tail light made visibility worse.
The male traveller informed the UGMC Hospital personnel that he was experiencing back and neck pain, but he did not appear to be physically hurt.
He claims that Kuami Eugene appeared to have broken his arm because there was blood on his hands and a noticeable cut. In addition, he had a cut on his mouth, a bruise on his leg, and a hip injury.
