New Lawsuits Claim Diddy Sexually Assaulted 10 and 17-Year-Old Boys in Mid-2000s

In the Supreme Court of New York County, two men filed a lawsuit against Combs, 54, on Monday, October 28, claiming that he had drugged and sexually assaulted them when they were 10 and 17 years old.

According to court records that PEOPLE was able to obtain, they both filed under John Doe’s name.

In his complaint, one complainant named Combs, Daddy’s House Recordings Inc., Combs Global, and Combs’ Bad Boy enterprises.

He claimed to have met Combs at a 2005 “audition” when he was just ten years old. For meetings and introductions “with numerous people within the music industry,” including a sit-down with Combs, his parents took him by plane from Los Angeles to New York City.

Combs requested to meet the ten-year-old in his hotel room, according to the lawsuit, and the youngster was dropped off by a consultant his parents had hired.

He claims that Combs asked him how “badly he wanted” to be a star and then suggested he could “make him a star” after they arrived.

He claims that after he drank a beverage that someone else in the hotel room had given him, he started to feel “a little funny”.

He alleges that Combs or a member of Combs’ staff added drugs like ecstasy or GHB to the drink. The complaint includes a picture of the purported drink-lace container.

According to the victim, Combs made him engage in oral sex and threatened to hurt his parents if he told anyone. Additionally, he says he “lost consciousness” and that his “pants were undone” and “anus and buttocks hurt badly” when he woke up sobbing.

He goes on to say that although he informed his parents, they “were terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse.”

Diddy is charged in the complaint of grabbing the teenager and masturbating himself during a private one-on-one interview on the first day of tryouts.

According to the complaint, Diddy coerced him into having oral sex with him and his bodyguard on the second day of tryouts.

Diddy allegedly sensed the teen’s uneasiness with the incident and informed him that he would be “keeping an eye” on him following the alleged attack.

In the end, the teenager was removed from the tournament.

The Buzbee Law Firm is the legal representation for both plaintiffs, who are requesting both compensatory and punitive damages, which will be decided at trial.

Lead attorney Tony Buzbee said in a statement that “both were looking to break into the music business and were promised Combs could help them.”

At the time of the claimed incident, one of the victims was ten years old, while the other was seventeen.

Diddy’s Legal Team Denies Allegations, Claims Attorney Seeking Publicity

As we continue to collect evidence, we will keep filing cases every week with Mr. Combs and other defendants.
According to a statement Diddy’s lawyers gave to PEOPLE, “the lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number.”

As previously stated, Mr. Combs is unable to defend himself against every new publicity gimmick, especially when it involves assertions that are obviously untrue or facially absurd.

The facts and the fairness of the legal system are completely trusted by Mr. Combs and his legal team.

The truth will win out in court: Mr. Combs never sexually abused or trafficked any anybody, adult or child, male or female.

The discredited music entrepreneur was detained in Manhattan on September 16 and charged with transportation to engage in prostitution, sex trafficking, and racketeering.

He is awaiting trial in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. On May 5, 2025, his trial is set to start.
