Databank Ghana’s employees have been instructed to work remotely from December 22, 2022, to January 10, 2023.
The investment bank’s management is taking this action to defend their staff members, who are being harassed by customers because the Bank is unable to pay them.
The management claimed in a statement announcing the action that despite locking their offices, they would continue to offer their clients high-quality services, just as they had done during the COVID-19 lockdown.
The bank pleaded with its customers to be patient as it acknowledged the predicament Ghana is in.
