Some internet users claimed that Tanoso Midwifery College student Hamdiya Adams had spent her tuition money and was using all available means to obtain money to pay for her education.
In an exchange with a friend on WhatsApp, Hamdiya revealed that she intended to drop out of school to look for work.
Her friend advised her to stay in school but unfortunately, her words fell into deaf ears.
Hamdiya left school to visit Rich Hommie in Kumasi
They were both killed in a Mercedes-Benz vehicle accident while they were driving around town.
After learning of Rich Hommie’s passing, Akua Berry—reportedly Rich Hommie’s girlfriend—hurriedly hopped in a car and drove from Accra to Kumasi to see his candlelight procession.
After initially losing her arm and being taken to the hospital for treatment, Akua Berry also perished in an accident while traveling to Kumasi.
