Shatta Wale – African Madiba MP3 Download: Ghanaian dancehall recording artist Shatta Wale kicks off his 2025 musical journey with the release of his first official single, “African Mandiba,” for the year 2025.

African Mandiba by Shatta Wale was released for public consumption on Friday, January 17; the audio was also accompanied by a music video, which came a few weeks after his performance at Vybz Kartel’s ‘Freedom Street’ concert in Jamaica.

In the song, Wale expresses his gratitude for his current situation, stating that he has prayed and waited for it for a very long time. He also talks about how several friends discouraged him along the way, but he persevered, and also expressed his gratitude to Jamaicans for their warm reception and performance.

Just like the lyrics of the song, the official music video for African Mandiba shot and directed by Max, was entirely inspired by Wale’s recent visit to Jamaica.

The video comprises excerpts of his Jamaican visit, incorporating his performance at Vybz Kartel’s concert; it also captures moments with rapper Busta Rhymes; most Ghanaians I’m sure couldn’t stop saying ‘Eii’ ‘Eii’ ‘hmm!’ after seeing Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy’s former manager, Blakk Ceid, vibing together.
