Shatta Wale Burna Boy Hasanna – Townflex takes us back down to memory lane by sharing with you Shatta Wale’s musical collaboration with colleague musician, Burna Boy.
Shatta Wale, a multi-award-winning Ghanaian Dancehall recording artist born Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr., released the song “Hosanna” in 2017. It features Burna Boy, also known as the ‘African Giant‘, a grammy Award-winning singer from Nigeria.
The song was released when the two were living life as the best of friends before all the trouble, drama, misunderstandings, and musical war that led many Ghanaian and Nigerian music fans to start wars on social media by hurling insults at one another and engaging in tense social media arguments in an effort to prove a point by comparing the two countries (Ghana and Nigeria).

The song, with its audio production credit going out to Wale himself (Da Maker) without a doubt is one of the nice collaborations between Ghana and Nigeria musical arts, and even still sounds fresh and brand new with the hot sense whenever it gets played.
Hosanna is a song of gratitude because it features two singers who open up about their personal lives while giving praise to God. They discuss their hardships, their personal life hustling, their comfortable lives, and their aspirations for the future.
The official Shatta Wale Official Music Video with Burna Boy was published on the American Video-Streaming platform YouTube on February 19th, 2017, shot and directed in Ghana by Lex Maccarthy,.
