The gap between Diamond Appiah and Ayisha Modi, two loud socialites, appears to be deepening, as Ayisha has retaliated against the self-proclaimed billionaire.
Ayisha Modi and Diamond Appiah exchanged shots a few days ago after Ayisha revealed on her Instagram page that Diamond had deceived her in a land deal.
Diamond Appiah, according to Ayisha Modi, is a con artist who has made money by defrauding real estate investors.

Diamond allegedly received $40,000 from Ayisha to provide her with land in East Legon, but she has yet to see the land she allegedly purchased after two years.
Ayisha Modi was also retaliated against by Diamond Appiah, who claimed that the socialite acquired her land on credit and afterwards paid in installments.
She told Ayisha Modi that she was refunding her money and warned her not to use her name to gain power.
Ayisha Modi has also retaliated, urging Diamond to quit gloating and create children who will carry on her legacy.
She stated:
“You are over 40 years but have no kids. You have never been married. What is life if you don’t have kids to build your legacy?
You have no compassion for people because you have never been a mother”
