Popular and outspoken Nigerian actress, Tonto Dikeh could not hold back her tears as she broke down emotionally into tears during the final funeral rites services of her late stepmother.
The actress has been down emotionally since the demise of her stepmother, she hasn’t been herself.
Most of you will like to ask why is she so much attached to her step-mum instead of her most, but for those of you are not aware, the actress has lived with her stepmother for a very long time since she was just a little girl.
Tono Dikeh lost her biological mother a the age of 3 and has since then been under the care of her stepmother, so she was badly hit with the sad news of her demise.
She described her stepmother as an extremely Amazing Woman who has given her everything and even more, and also confessed how much she loves her even though she is not around to hear it.

The last funeral rites and burial of her step mum was held over the weekend, and Tonto took to her official and verified Instagram account where she shared a video of herself at the funeral.
In the video which you are about to watch below, she couldn’t hide away her emotions as she broke down in tears and was held by a family member.

Attending the funeral rites of her stepmother, however, happens to be the first official funeral she’s ever attended since she was a little girl.
Prior to the funeral, she made a post on her Instagram page where she revealed that she has not been to and don’t go to funerals before for some reasons and that she needs no friend/colleagues of hers to send her consolation messages or money because she might not return the favour when of attending theirs in the future, she asked that instead, they should rather pray for her family.
“I have never attended a burial before. I will never attend one too. I said this when I was a child and I stick by it. My mom’s burial will/might be my first ever, to all my friends who think am shutting them out.”
“My reason is I don’t attend burials , if I let you attend my mom’s burial , I will owe you same favour and I can’t repay that. If you love me pray for my family. If you intend to support me only pray for me. Don’t send a dime or consolation message, I don’t do so well with that,” the actress wrote on IG.
