Former United States president, Donald Trump picks J.D Vance as running mate.
Trump has announced that his old senator, J.D Vance is the right man to rule with him should he get elected as President of the United States once again as he picks Vance as his running mate.
Making it known to the public, Donald Trump confirmed the news via his social media Platform, Truth Social where he shared the info on Monday, July 15, 2024.

“After lengthy deliberation and thought, and considering the tremendous talents of many others, I have decided that the person best suited to assume the position of Vice President of the United States is Senator J.D. Vance of the Great State of Ohio.”
“As Vice President, J.D. will continue to fight for our Constitution, stand with our Troops, and will do everything he can to help me MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN,” Trump posted on Truth Social.
This announcement comes two days after the former president got shot at his campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, over the weekend.
Vance, 39, is in his first term as a senator from Ohio. The venture capitalist and author of the best-selling memoir “Hillbilly Elegy” was elected in 2022 after receiving a boost from Trump in a contentious Republican primary.
