Well-recognized Nigerian singer and record producer, Davido has updated the public following his plans for the disbursement of his N250million donation to orphanages across Nigeria.
Recall that a few days back the singer who is born with his legal name as David Adeleke announced that he will be making a donation with a total sum of N250 million cash donations to Orphanages across the Republic of Nigeria.
How Did Davido Raise N250 Million?
Davido prior to dis 29th, birthday celebration took to his osical media pages and asked his friends in the music industry both home and foriegn asking them to donate to his bank account a total sum of N1 million each is they truly love him and if he has ever given them a hit song before.

No long ago after his post he started receiving alert in his bank account from his loved onces who decided to shower him with love to appreciate all what he has done for them.
Davido at the end, few days after announcing the donation into his account got credited with N200 million from his friends, he later added N50 million summing it up to N250 Million and has decided to give it all out for donation to Orphanage homes in the country.
Update On Donations To Orphanages
The talented serial hit singer, Davido has taken to his social media to address the public on the next moves towards the distributions of the fund to the orphanages, in his post he made some new changes.
Accordint to the post, on Monday, November 29, 2021, only government-accredited orphanage homes are qualified for the funds.
The post made it clear with a link for only government approved orphanages to apply for the funds, registration started on Monday, November 29, 2021, and will be closing on Thursday, December 2nd, 2021 and 11:59pm.
