Celebrated Ghanaian chef and Guinness World Record holder Chef Faila was overwhelmed when she met Stonebwoy, the reggae dancehall artist, at the airport.
She received an apology from Stonebwoy for his failure to travel to Tamale to assist her during her cookathon.
He also lavished her with compliments for shattering the record and representing Ghana with pride.
Chef Faila received a lot of flak for being ungrateful a few days ago.
Chef Faila has encountered significant backlash after making certain remarks, despite the overwhelming support she garnered from Ghanaians in her attempt to shatter the record for the longest cooking session.
Chef Faila made some offensive remarks during a recent interview, which sparked a lot of controversy on social media.
“If it was something bad about the North, everyone would have been talking about it,” Chef Faila stated in the interview. Not a single well-known musician participated in North’s initiative. Not Samini, Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale, etc.
“Kwanaba Kwabena was the one who made the transition. There were high hopes that some of the artists from this angle, who we greatly admire, would appear and lend their support.
I promise that if I see a song by Stonebwoy or Shatta Wale, I can sing it to you and make you cry, but they should really apologize because no one came to support us. Cook Faila added
