CoronaVirus: Nigeria’s COVID-19 Cases Rise To 151 Including 2 Deaths

The current COVID-19 case count in Nigeria as of Wednesday, April 1, 2020, at 12:30PM rises from 139 to 151 as twelve (12) new cases have been confirmed.

Confirmation of the additional 12 new cases was made public by the Nigeria Center For Disease Control (NCDC) in a post on social media.

According to info sighted by Townflex, 9 of the cases were recorded in Osun, 2 in Edo and 1 from Ekiti State.

As at 12:30 pm 1st April, 2020, the total number of CoronaVirus (COVID-19) confirmed cases in Nigeria amounts to 151, Nine have been discharged with two deaths.

The Official NCDC Website stated that, all the new cases have mild to moderate symptoms and are currently receiving care. And also that a multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at level 3, continues to coordinate the national response activities.
