This new legal case against the rapper filed Tuesday (May 21) in New York’s U.S. District Court for the Southern District comes up a few days after he released a video apologizing for beating his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura following a viral video that was leaked by CNN.

Well, in this new lawsuit, the rapper 54, is being accused by model Crystal McKinney of forcing her to perform a sex act on him after allegedly promising her a career boost, just similar to some other suits against him.

According to the suit, McKinney says he met Diddy back in 2003 at a Men’s Fashion Week event held in New York, which led to him inviting her to a music studio.

MTV’s 1998 Model Mission competition award-winner, Crystal, who was 22 at the time, claims the singer and several of his entourage were drinking and smoking marijuana at the studio, which she confirmed she joined smoking with them.

She claimed that the cannabis consumed may have been adulterated with other narcotics, describing its potency as extraordinarily intense, far surpassing that of standard marijuana.

Combs then allegedly ordered her to follow him into the bathroom, where Crystal says he forced himself on her by kissing her and shoving her head to his crotch before ordering her to perform a sex act.

The woman said that when she refused, Combs pushed her head down again and forced her into the act.

Crystal adds in her lawsuit that she later lost consciousness and woke up in a taxi, where she realized she had been sexually assaulted.

She states she was then blacklisted from the modeling industry and blamed herself for “sabotaging her own career.”

Crystal – who is seeking undisclosed damages from Combs – attempted suicide in 2004 and was hospitalized, according to her filing.
