In a recently resurfaced video, Grammy-winning artist Ne-Yo is accused by his ex, Sade Bagnerise, of attending Sean “Diddy” Combs’ controversial sex parties, popularly known as “freak-offs.” Watch The Video Below.

The footage, which was first posted by Livebitez in April, shows Bagnerise screaming at Ne-Yo born with his legal name Shaffer Chimere Smith while he is playing a video game. During the heated argument, she refers to him as “Diddy Jr.” and believes he was involved in Combs’ infamous parties.

Bagnerise’s anger did not end with the charges of attending sex parties. She also accused Ne-Yo of physically abusing her and neglecting their two children, Braiden and Brixton Smith. Bagnerise also alleged that Ne-Yo “body-slammed” her and surrounded their children with the unsavory company.

In the video, she expressed her frustration, saying, “Everyone has asked him to stop, but he will not listen to nobody. This is what’s going on. This is the tea.” Despite the serious nature of these allegations, Ne-Yo appeared calm, laughing during parts of the video.

As she confronted the 44-year-old singer, Bagnerise angrily shouted “Tell them about the freak-off, Diddy Jr.” She went on: “All he cares about is doing drugs, drinking alcohol, f-king these hoes, that’s what you care about.”

Ne-Yo tried to de-escalate the incident by telling Bagnerise to be calm because their children were sleeping at home. Despite this, she continued her rant, accusing him of several kinds of concerning actions, including hosting prostitutes, doing drugs, and drinking alcohol in front of their children.

While Ne-Yo has not been directly implicated in any legal concerns relating to Diddy’s current sex trafficking investigation, Bagnerise’s statements have sparked widespread outrage.

Her warning, “Imma Diddy-bop the f–k up outta here. You and your freak-offs. You’ll be next. Your stories will be coming out next,” has fueled speculation about his involvement in Diddy’s notorious lifestyle.

The day after the video was made public, Bagnerise issued an apology, explaining that her “emotions were heightened” at the time of the confrontation.

Ne-Yo has been named as a witness in a separate lawsuit against Diddy filed by Dawn Richard, a former Danity Kane member. According to Richard’s lawsuit, Ne-Yo, Usher, and Interscope co-founder Jimmy Iovine all saw Diddy allegedly abusing his girlfriend, Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, at a dinner event in 2004.

The complaint states: “Mr. Combs hissed at Ms. Ventura in a screaming whisper and forcefully punched her in the stomach, causing her to double over in visible pain.” Ne-Yo has yet to respond publicly on Bagnerise’s charges or Richard’s lawsuit.

On September 16, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was arrested at a Manhattan hotel on allegations of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation of individuals for prostitution, according to a federal indictment.

Diddy has been denied bail twice while awaiting trial. His legal team sought that he be released on a $50 million bond and placed under house arrest, but prosecutors argued that he is a serious flight risk.

If convicted, Diddy faces up to 20 years in jail. As it stands, the rapper is scheduled to appear before court on Wednesday, October 9th, 2024.
