The fallout continues for American singer Sean Combs, aka Diddy, as eighteen companies have severed ties with his company, Empower Global, amid allegations of sexual assaults against him.
In a conversation with Rolling Stone Magazine on Sunday, December 10, these companies collectively announced their disassociation from Diddy’s company. Annette Njau, the founder of luxury brand House of Takura, expressed their stance, stating, “We take the allegations against Mr Combs seriously and find such behaviour abhorrent and intolerable. We believe and support victims’ rights, even against the most powerful of people.”
According to Rolling Stone, a total of 18 brands have distanced themselves from Empower Global, founded in 2021 by Diddy.
Among the companies severing ties are skincare brand Tsuri, footwear line Rebecca Allen, jewelry label Fulaba, sunscreen brand Baby Donna, and others.

Adding to the gravity of the situation, a fourth sexual assault allegation has emerged from a woman identified as Jane Doe. She alleges that in 2003, at the age of 17, she was sex trafficked and gang-raped by Diddy, Harve Pierre (former Bad Boy Records president), and another man.
In a related development, Diddy had stepped down as the chairman of Revolt TV, a media company he co-founded, back in November. The repercussions of these allegations continue to unfold, impacting both Diddy’s personal and professional life.
