After two years of marriage, American singer and actress Ariana Grande and her ex-husband Dalton Gomez have officially divorced.

According to the Associated Press, a Los Angeles judge ordered the Grammy-winning artist to pay Gomez a one-time payment of $1,250,000 in spousal support as part of the divorce settlement.

It was verified that Gomez, 28, would get half of the net revenues from the sale of their previous Los Angeles residence as per the terms of their agreement, with Grande, 30, also paying up to $25,000 towards Gomez‘s legal bills.

More than a year after they parted ways, on Tuesday, March 19, the report states that their marriage was formally dissolved.

Their pre-nuptial agreement, lack of children, and lack of major legal challenges throughout the split, according to court documents, allowed the divorce to proceed smoothly and swiftly through the legal system.

After reaching a settlement agreement in October, all they needed to do was wait the minimum of six months for the judge’s order to become operative.
