Bulldog, a popular Ghanaian artiste management, has spoken out over Sarkodie’s appearance on Bob Marley’s ‘Stir It Up Remix’ and Blakk Rasta’s opinion on it.

Bulldog tackles Blakk Rastas by disagreeing with his opinions on the new project and implying that he is stressed and depressed and that he needs help.

Sarkodie, the award-winning Ghanaian rap champ, was contacted and was put on the remix version of Bob Marley & The Wailers’ 1978 released love reggae song dubbed ‘Stir It Up,’ the video for the remix was officially released on Bob Marley’s official YouTube channel on January 20, 2023, and has garnered a total of 744,000 views at the time of this very post.

Sarkodie has been the talk of the town in the days since the song’s release, prompting Ghanaian radio presenter/musician Blakk Rasta to express his displeasure with Sarkodie’s inclusion on the song.

He completely disagrees with Bob Marley’s family and the management team for allowing such a feature to be incorporated.

According to him, Sarkodie allowed himself to be exploited to desecrate Bob Marley’s legacy, adding that what he performed on the Stir It Up remix was nothing unique, but rather his one-way rap style, which many are bored of listening to.

Blakk Rasta voiced his opinion on his 3FM broadcast.

He said:

“The thing Mr Logic said is going to bruise some ego but I’m going to bruise more ego with what am going to say.

“What Sarkodie did was nothing but a desecration of the legacy of Bob Marley. It is so shameful, what Sarkodie did is nothing but a desecration of the holy music…should I go deeper?.

“It is like a king has been buried and you go and dig him up, and steal the gold and diamonds that he’s been buried with. Urinate right into the grave and walk away laughing like a m^dman on heat.”

Bulldog Reacts To Blakk Rasta’s Comment Over Sarkodie’s Feature

The Bullhaus Entertainment CEO, Bulldog responded to Blakk Rasta by saying that anyone who sees the video of him giving his thoughts on Sarkodie’s feature on Sir It Up can see from his expression that he is definitely a stressed and depressed man.

He went on to say that it was past time for Ghana to start taking mental health concerns seriously since it would go a long way toward helping people like the 3FM host get the medical treatment they deserve.
