Diddy's Lawyer Explains 1000 Bottles Of Baby Oil Found After Raid Following ‘Freak Off’ Sex Sessions Allegations

Marc Agnifilio, the lawyer for disgraced rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, has come up with a bizarre explanation for why there were over “1,000 bottles” of baby oil and lubricant found during raids on Combs’ Miami and Los Angeles homes in March this year.

Recall that federal officials seized over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant as part of a larger investigation into Combs’ suspected involvement in a sex trafficking operation.

In response to the claims, his attorney, Marc, stated in an exclusive with The New York Post, “I don’t think it was 1,000. I think it was a lot. I mean, there is a Costco right down the street. I think Americans buy in bulk, as we know.”

The defense lawyer went on to say “And you know these are consensual adults doing what consensual adults do, you know, we can’t get so puritanical in this country to think that somehow sex is a bad thing because if it was there would be no more people.”

During a seven-hour discussion with Combs, Agnifilo continued to build his defense case, which he hopes would eventually clear the 54-year-old rapper’s name. According to him, Combs is actively participating in the strategy, reviewing evidence and preparing for the upcoming legal battle ahead of him.

The defense attorney added that the case’s main allegations, including stories from individuals who claim they were forced into non-consensual encounters, are being thoroughly contested.

Combs, who remains incarcerated at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, is facing serious charges including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution. His legal team, however, maintains his innocence. Agnifilo noted that despite the gravity of the accusations, Combs is maintaining a positive outlook.

“He’s just laser-focused, he’s engaged, he’s helpful, he’s confident. We’re going through our defense as we do every day and his spirits are relatively good,” Agnfilio said, adding that the prosecution’s assertion that additional witnesses have come forward in recent days has not deterred their stamina.

Sean Diddy Combs was arrested on September 16th, his arrest followed a series of allegations, starting with a lawsuit by Combs’ ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, who accused him of rape and physical abuse. The lawsuit was settled a day after it went public, but more claims soon emerged.

According to the indictment, some of these so-called “Freak Offs” lasted days, forcing participants, including Combs, to receive IV fluids due to exhaustion and drug use.

In addition to the sexual assault charges, investigators seized a large amount of incriminating material, including videos, narcotics, firearms, and ammunition, during searches on his properties.

Three AR-15 rifles with defaced serial numbers were among the firearms, adding to the founder of Bad Boy Records’ legal issues. If convicted, Combs faces up to life in prison, with a mandatory minimum of 15 years.

Despite his attorneys proposing a $50 million bond and house arrest, U.S. Magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky sided with the prosecution and denied Combs’ release as his bail request has been denied twice already.

The rapper is, however, scheduled to reappear before court for his next hearing on Wednesday, October 9, 2024.
