A Florida man is dead after his wife fatally shot him and then herself in a tragic murder-suicide at their luxury oceanfront condominium in Hallandale Beach, authorities say.
The incident took place early on Wednesday, Nov. 27, when Hallandale Beach police responded to a report of multiple gunshots fired at the Beach Club II building on South Ocean Drive.
Officers found 34-year-old Pajtim Krasniqi and his wife, 27-year-old Sabrina Krasniqi, on the balcony of their 45th-floor unit, both dead from apparent gunshot wounds.
Investigators believe Sabrina shot her husband multiple times before turning the gun on herself.
The devastating news has left their families in shock. Pajtim’s sister, Albana Krasniqi Munrett, expressed her grief in a Facebook post, sharing the heartbreak of losing her brother in such a violent manner.
“My Thanksgiving Eve wasn’t spent with my husband and children. It was spent with police officers, detectives, and news reports talking about the vicious and senseless murder of my youngest brother by his wife,” she wrote.

Albana described how her brother was betrayed by the person he trusted most, saying, “Pajtimi’s wife chose to take my brother’s life away from him when she shot 5 bullets into his chest.
The person he trusted the most, the person he chose to spend his life with, was the one who took his away from him. She shattered my family.”
The couple, originally from Kosovo, had been living in the luxury building. Police are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the tragic event.
Pajtim’s sister ended her emotional post with a tribute to her brother: “I love you always Pajtim RIP.”
