Prior to tonight’s match, let’s take a quick look at the previous games by the clubs, Liverpool in their last match with Manchester played a draw 0-0 on January 17. Burnley also on January 16, lost to West Ham United as they were defeated by a 1-0 score.

Burnley boss Sean Dyche is hopeful of welcoming full-back Charlie Taylor into his squad again for the 8pm GMT kick-off, meanwhile.

“He is certainly back in contention, we gave him an extra few days from the last game. He is back in the thinking,” Dyche told reporters.

“The hardest job is to get them all Premier League fit because that comes when you get out and play.”
