In a recent twist to the viral video scandal involving a married man and a lady believed to be Abena Korkor, the accused man has come forward to vehemently deny his involvement.
The explicit video, circulating widely on social media, portrays the man engaged in intimate activities with a woman. However, the accused, identified as Jean Patrick Abena, a Cameroonian divisional officer from Garoua-Boulia, East Region, insists he is not the person in the video.
Contrary to earlier claims associating him with the Ghanaian cybercrime unit, Jean Patrick Abena is not a Ghanaian official. Verified checks reveal that he is a married man with children and serves in a different capacity in Cameroon.

The controversy, which surfaced in July, falsely linked the man to Abena Korkor, who has denied her involvement in the video. Clear photos of the accused have been released to debunk the misinformation.
According to Mr. Jean Patrick Abena, the video was leaked after a hacker gained access to his social media accounts last July.
He asserts that the footage, which recently resurfaced, was initially published by the hacker without his consent.

As the scandal continues to unfold, questions arise about the security of individuals’ online accounts and the potential consequences of false accusations in the age of digital media.
