Arsenal set to confirm the signing of Oleksandr Zinchenko from Manchester City after £32m deal agreed. The Ukrainian is finally the Gunners player after eight years persuit from former boss Wenger.

The Ukrainian international has spent over six years at City after joining the club from Russian side Ufa and was coached by Mikel Arteta during his spell as an assistant to Man City boss Pep Guardiola.

The versatile Ukrainian international who won four Premier League titles with Manchester City will be the fifth signing for the Mikel Arteta’s side this summer.

The 25-year-old who will add technical qualities to strengthens Arsenal’s options at left back and in midfield has arrived in Orlando ahead of completing his £32m move to Arsenal from Manchester City.

The Gunners are set to pay £30m up front with £2m in add-ons to Man City as the versatile Ukrainian is in the final stages of his medical and paperwork needs to be completed before his move becomes official.

It may not be official yet, but Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is already excited and expressing his joy after reunion with his former player as the club’s latest signing.

Elsewhere, the Gunners have reportedly been handed a huge boost in their quest to sign Lucas Paqueta after Lyon slashed their asking price by £21million.

Other report claims the Gunners have begun talks with another Brazilian and Juventus midfielder Arthur Melo.
