Donald Trump Predicts He Will Get 150 Million Votes In 2024 US Presidential Election

Former US President Donald Trump made bold predictions during an event on December 5, foreseeing that he would garner a staggering 150 million votes from the public in the upcoming 2024 US presidential election.

Trump, currently a frontrunner for the Republican presidential nomination, shared this projection during a Fox News event in Davenport, Iowa, a state holding the party’s first nominating contest on January 15.

Speaking before a friendly audience, Trump emphasized the collective efforts of his supporters, stating, ”We have never seen the likes of what we’ve all done together. It’s not just me, it is everybody here and millions and millions. I think it’s not 75 million people, I think it’s 150 million people, even more than that. Who doesn’t want to see strong borders and a strong military and low taxes and low intern states and go out and buy a house?”

Addressing key policy points, Trump highlighted the appeal of strong borders, a robust military, low taxes, and favorable interstate commerce. He posed the rhetorical question, “Who doesn’t want to see strong borders and a strong military and low taxes and low intern states and go out and buy a house?”

During the event, Trump also responded to concerns about his potential return to the presidency, particularly regarding fears that he might assume dictatorial powers.

He reassured the audience that he would not become a dictator, except perhaps “on day one.” This caveat was clarified as a reference to utilizing presidential powers to enact immediate policy changes, such as closing the southern border with Mexico and expanding oil drilling.

Trump, seeking a second term in the likely 2024 election rematch with Democratic President Joe Biden, has faced scrutiny for his past statements promising “retribution” on political opponents.

Despite numerous criminal trials, including one for election subversion, and his refusal to concede the 2020 election, Trump maintains a narrow lead in opinion polls. Concerns about Biden’s age have led to calls from some Democrats for him to step aside for a new candidate.
