The flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Dramani Mahama has blamed Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta for acquiring wildly.
In the perspective of Mr Mahama, the Finance Minister and President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo drove the country into a serious monetary emergency with his getting.
