Allthough actual confirmation is yet to be made by the Police on the total number of casualties, sources claim victims injured is as high as about 10 people.

The shooting happened outside a Miami Gardens restaurant on Thursday evening at around 8 p.m. in the area of the 2700 block of NW and 175th Street.

Miami Gardens Police and Miami-Dade Fire Rescue units responded to reports of a shooting just before 8 p.m. and found multiple victims.

The emergency officials said “Upon arrival, fire units found several patients suffering traumatic injuries. In addition to finding injured patients at the initial location, firefighters also encountered other injured patients outside of a fire station nearby,”

“Fire crews immediately began triage to assess the extent of the patient’s injuries and for transport to the hospital,” according to MDFR.

“As a result of the incident, a total of 10 patients were injured. Four of the patients self-transported to local area hospitals. MDFR transported the remaining 6 patients by ground and air rescue to local trauma centers.”

Four victims were airlifted to Ryder Trauma Center, with one of them listed in critical condition. Other victims transported themselves to the hospital. So far, no deaths have been reported.

Rob49’s condition is unknown, while there is no indication that French Montana was injured in the shooting, TMZ’s report stated that the rapper escourted himself out to safety.

A witness named Ced Mogul who was among those watching the video shoot said someone in the crowd was robbed of his watch, keys and wallet before the shots rang out.

“[He asked to] call his mother and see if we can get spare car keys and make sure, you know, he’s OK, and then the gunshots went off,” Mogul said. “It was, like, at least 13, 14, 15 gunshots. It was very rapid, it sounded like an assault rifle.”

He added: “I took off running, and I was looking back, but I was like, ‘You know what? Let me just duck first, and then people started asking me, you know, ‘Can you help me?’ When I realized people were asking for help, there was nothing you could do about it when you got shot.”

According to a law enforcement source, three different crime scenes are being investigated, although the other two are unknown. Miami Gardens Police Chief Delma Noel-Pratt told reporters they believe it’s an “isolated incident.”

“Our hearts are heavy and go out to the victims of this senseless act.

“We were not aware of a video being filmed and found out last min(ute) French Montana was shooting a scene in the back parking lot. We have no idea what actually took place,” the statement continued. “The Licking restaurant has nothing to do with the incident and has given police the necessary footage requested.” The Licking, a restaurant group owned by DJ Khaled with multiple locations.

So far there have been no arrests in the shooting.
