This comes as part of a three-week fundraising surge, propelled by his indictment and arraignment in the federal January 6 case, totaling nearly $20 million, according to a Trump campaign official.
The highest single-day contribution, an astounding $4.18 million, poured in the day after Trump’s arrest in Georgia, marking a new record for his campaign.

A significant factor behind this financial upswing has been the swift monetization of Trump’s predicament. The campaign has capitalized on his mug shot by selling merchandise featuring his image, further fueling the fundraising spree.

In recent weeks, Trump has found himself entangled in legal troubles, facing multiple charges related to his alleged attempts to overturn the 2020 election results.
Special counsel Jack Smith brought forth four federal charges, accusing Trump and his allies of orchestrating a scheme to subvert the electoral outcome, culminating in the infamous January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.
Simultaneously, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis leveled a staggering 41 charges against Trump and 18 co-defendants, including notable figures like Rudy Giuliani and Mark Meadows.
