The United Kingdom is determined not to let the world forget the crucial importance of supporting Ukraine, despite Russian President Vladimir Putin’s hopes to the contrary.
British Defense Secretary Grant Shapps made this commitment via the X social media platform (formerly known as Twitter), as reported by Ukrinform.
He emphasized that Britain will continue to provide additional military assistance and work with its allies to ensure Ukraine gets the necessary support to achieve victory.

Shappsnoted that this was his message today for Oleksandr Kubrakov, Deputy Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine and Minister for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development
In his message, Shapps stated, “Putin is hoping the world forgets the urgent need to support Ukraine. The UK will never let that happen – we will deliver more military support & bring our allies together to get Ukraine what they need to win,”
“That was my message for UA Deputy Prime Minister @OlKubrakov today” he ended.
