Man Slams Akufo-Addo for Birthday Bash During John Kumah’s Observance

A social media user has attacked the leaders of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for an unsuitable celebration that happened at the week-long memorial service for late Member of Parliament John Kumah.

A happy birthday chant for the President allegedly took place during Kumah’s one-week observation, which is meant to be an occasion in his honour, according to this netizen.

Nevertheless, a birthday chant for President Akufo-Addo apparently started despite the solemn tone of the event.

Today marks the President’s 80th birthday, and it seems that celebrations have been planned for this special occasion.

Unsurprisingly, one social media user thought the entire situation was sloppy, and they showed the President their disapproval in a video that is rapidly becoming viral.
